It's so important to remember that your brand is more than the colors and fonts you choose.
Your "brand" is actually how your business is perceived by those who experience it.
To build your brand, you will want to ensure that every interaction, from websites and social media, to customer service, and packaging is aligned with the brand message you want to communicate.
No matter where you are on your journey as an entrepreneur, this is an important reminder.
If you are mapping out your new business, be sure to look at each step of your customer journey and ensure the customer will receive the message you want to convey.
And if you are a bit further along, and interested in growing your business, it's always a good time to look back and check each point to ensure that you have stayed true to your branding, and the impression your customer is getting at each step, is aligned with your intended brand message.
The brand is communicated from the time they first become aware of your company, through your social media, your location, how you answer the phone, your website, how you respond to inquiries, your advertising, and every other point of contact they have along the way.
It offers you dozens of opportunities to get your message across in the right way, so make sure you are doing it intentionally.
